One of the main things and qualities needed to be an entrepreneur is independence. Most of the businesses are independent in trucking. They decide to get a business and do it themselves. They don’t have it in them to answer to anyone and that’s one of the main reasons why many choose to be an entrepreneur over the daily grind of a 9 to 5 type of job.
